A native of Salt Lake City, Utah, Dr. Winegar earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Virginia Commonwealth University and has completed over 1,400 hours of continuing education. His training includes the prestigious Spear Institute and the Implantology Preceptorship at UTSA.

Dr. Okereke, DDS
Dr. Okereke earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, and went on to complete a General Practice Residency at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany, New York. With more than 13 years of experience in dentistry, she brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and compassion to our practice.
Dr. Okereke is deeply committed to providing comprehensive, individualized care for every patient. She believes that taking the time to truly listen and build trust is the foundation of a strong doctor patient relationship and the key to achieving long term oral health and overall wellness. Her thoughtful, patient centered approach aligns beautifully with the values of our practice.
Dr. Okereke especially enjoys esthetic cases and smile makeovers, Invisalign treatment, and root canal therapy. She chose dentistry as a career after seeing a family member struggle with feeling self conscious about her smile. Being able to help patients feel confident again and improve their self esteem is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.
Outside of the office, Dr. Okereke enjoys cooking, exploring new cuisines, and traveling the world with her family. These interests reflect her curiosity, warmth, and love of connecting with others.
